Living Hope’s focus is to keep those at-risk of becoming homeless housed.
We offer an array of services including:
Financial Literacy: We provide classes on budgeting, saving, and managing money.
Education & Training: We offer vocational training and education resources. Equipping individuals with job skills can help them find stable employment.
Job Placement: We partner with local businesses and employment agencies to secure jobs for those at risk.
Case Management: We help assign social workers or case managers to track progress and assist in navigating services.
Community Integration: We encourage community support and integration by organizing events or workshops that build connections between at-risk individuals and their local community.
Support Groups: We create or connect individuals to existing support groups where they can share experiences and coping mechanisms.
